Edenshine Chicken Liver pate
Served with homemade sweet tomato chutney, salad leaves and toast.
Lime & Coriander Breaded Fish Goujons
Deep-fried golden brown and served with our tasty sweet chilli dip (using Pollock caught off the Great Orme when available).
Salt Baked Beetroot
Grown in Mostyn Kitchen gardens. Topped with crumbled Perl las cheese, diced pear, homemade sage croutons and honey and mustard dressing.
Soup of the day served with homemade roll and butter.
Succulent Roast Turkey
Served with our delicious sausage meat stuffing wrapped in bacon and accompanied by our homemade cranberry sauce.
Oven Roasted Salmon
Served with a prosecco & dill cream sauce.
Braised Beef and Horseradish dumplings
Local diced beef cooked gently with chunky carrots, onions, leeks & mushrooms finished with dumplings and its own gravy.
Winter Vegetable Pie
Fresh vegetables, parsnips, swede, carrots, onions, leeks, turnip and leeks bound its own delicious sauce and served in savoury pastry with a tasty cream and thyme sauce to finish.(Using Mostyn kitchen garden vegetables where possible).
All served with roast & new potatoes and fresh vegetables
Laced with brandy and served with rum sauce.
Crushed Raspberry Meringue
Layered with whipped cream and ice cream.
Hot Spiced Apple & Walnut Sponge Pudding
With butterscotch sauce and cinnamon ice cream or cream.
Chocolate & Irish Cream Cheesecake
Made with our delicious recipe and a good splash of Irish cream.
Edenshine Fresh Cream Sherry Trifle
Enjoy fresh ground coffee or tea to finish served with our tasty homemade chocolate tiffin.
